Returns & Exchanges

At CASSON, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home curation. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CASSON account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
